A video of a University of Calabar (UNICAL) staff flogging Post-UTME candidates that turned up for the University’s entrance exam that commenced on August 5, has gone viral on social media.
A Twitter user who shared a footage from the scene of the incident blamed the chaos that ensued on “terrible organizational skill”. @iamleslie_chydi tweeted;
