It all started with, yaaay! Finally I’ve been given admission. The struggle to be relevant among peers was the main aim, most parents don’t care what makes their children happy.
5 years down the struggle of ejigbo, months without light and days with no cash. Gradually, slowly and steady the effort paid out putting a smile on parents face.
The higher we climb, the tougher it gets. It’s a new phase in the struggle with the country knocking on your door to come serve her and pay you meager funds to watch you suffer and smile. Watching your parents pay through the nysc struggle and making sure you turn out to be one of the best investment for them.
Your a graduate now;
Bills will rush you
Girls will rush you
Family will rush you
Never forget, jobs won’t rush you.
Create what makes you happy and make a living off it.
Writing this with an heavy heart but the joy it brings to celebrate with people supercedes all. You never get to appreciate time if you never had to wait.
Congrats FYB
