Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio claims that Milan have offered a €20million loan fee for the 30-year-old and if they want to make it permanent, the Italian side will have to fork out another €35million.

It was reported last week that AC Milan and Juventus had opened discussions regarding a swap deal with Serie A stars Leonardo Bonucci and Gonzalo Higuain, but whether Bonucci will end up leaving is yet to be decided.
The Italian champions are considering bringing back Bonucci to his former side Juventus, despite the defender being sold to Milan just last summer, amid rumours that he had fallen out with manager Massimiliano Allegri.
The veteran signed for Milan for a reported fee of €42 million fee on a five-year contract but reports via Goal claim he could well make a return after just a season away.
