I don’t think I have watched any new movie release as fast as I watched that of Army Of The Dead.
The hype about the movie has always been there, and after the masterpiece that Zack Snyder did with the Justice League, I guess a lot of people were expecting him to work the same magic with the Army Of The Dead, and Zack Snyder definitely did that.
While checking out other people’s review on the movie, I saw some say that the movie was not all that, I actually thought that was going to be the case, but after the first few minutes into the movie, I can tell you that I was hooked.
Apart from the storyline, when it came down to the action, Zack did not hold back on anything, as he definitely gave us the raw images, we could see bones popping, flesh being eaten and the likes.
It gets to a point whereby you get so drawn into the action that you literally forget that you are meant to follow the storyline of the movie.
The movie talks about a group of mercenaries who take the ultimate gamble by venturing into the quarantine zone after a Zombie outbreak in Las Vegas, they head out to carry out the greatest heist ever.
The movie stars Dave Bautista, Ella Purnell, Omari Hardwick, Ana de la Regura, Theo Rossi, Matthias Schweighöfer, Hiroyuki Sanada, Nora Arnezeder, Tig Notaro, Raul Castillo, Huma Qureshi and Garret Dillahunt.
This movie is one worth watching, as I would not mind spending another two hours watching the movie. And my best advice to anyone interested in watching it is, DO NOT HAVE ANY FAVOURITE CHARACTER.
