Donda is finally here!!!
Of course, Kanye can afford to give everyone on the planet a dollar.
Kanye West finally drops his much anticipated album “Donda”. Donda is a new company which just got floated by Kanye west, and was named after his mom, Donda West.
Donda consists of 27 tracks with notable features like Jay Z, Post Malone, Lil Baby, Kid Cudi and others. Donda explores gospel music like his “Jesus is King” album in 2019.
The album comes with a new adventure for Kanye, trying different sounds, featuring artists with diverse sounds and the production is unique. The melodious sounds coming as background vocals made the songs special and unique.
I have a couple of favorites from the album as it took me a lot of time to listen and digest most of the songs. Donda talks majorly on how God saved Kanye West and brought him wealth with peace of mind. “Jail” was the first song I was the looking out for on the album as it featured Jay-Z after a long while since both artists worked together. They didn’t disappoint as usual.
The first song i fell in love with was “Off The Grid” featuring Playboi Carti and Fivio Foreign. The song mixed three different sounds (trap, drill, and grime) and they all came out perfect. Fivio Foreign really put his all on the track and he killed it. “God Breathed On This”, “Keep My Spirit Alive”, “Junya”, “Moon”, “No Child Left Behind” are songs you will enjoy on the songs too.
