Popular Nigerian singer and songwriter, Divine Ikubor, also known as Rema is the latest owner of a brand new Mercedes Benz G-Wagon.
The 22-year-old music star reportedly bought the exotic whip for N100 million from a car dealership in Lekki, Lagos state. A video making the rounds on social media platforms shows Rema posing with the grey coloured G-Wagon after the purchase.
He also took to his Instagram story and sent a shoutout to the dealership. A lady believed to be a staff of the establishment could be heard telling her colleagues to finish up what they were doing quickly so they could have a chance to snap with the musician.
Adding to this feat, Rema’s track ‘Calm Down’ is a platinum certified single in portugal after amassing a total number of over 1 million streams.
The accomplishment arrives a while after the record went platinum in France with more than 30 million streams, which is equivalent to the sale of 200 000 units.
