One food that I will talk about today is widely eaten and can be added to almost anything we eat, Egg.
A lot of people eat food these days without actually knowing the benefits of the food they eat, where most of us just take notes on wht class of food they belong to and the nutrients it provides.
Even though it is good to note those things, there are still some secret benefits that foods provide to the body, many of which people do not have knowledge of.

When protein is combined with weight training, it provides a building block for muscle repairs and building. And it is no news that Eggs are a good source of protein, and if you want to include it in your weight training regiment, it is best you eat the whole egg and not just the egg white.
