But Rita Ora well and truly outdid herself when she made her debut at the 2017 MTV Europe Music Awards, held inside London’s SSE Arena, Wembley, in a bath robe and towel.
The 26-year-old chart-topper was sure to raise a few eyebrows in the daring look, which saw her accidentally flash her underwear during one saucy moment.

Looking cool and comfortable, Rita rocked the robe-style coat when she arrived at the MTV EMA awards this evening.
The trend-setting singer was channelling some seriously relaxed vibes in her Palomo Spain robe, which she expertly styled as a dress.
A menswear brand which is known for blurring gender stereotypes, Palomo Spain is a relatively new label. But, with ambassadors like Rita, we’re sure it’s going to be one to watch this season! Never afraid to cause a stir, Rita – who is the host of tonight’s ceremony – certainly set out to be the talk of the town as she rocked up to the event in the shocking ensemble.
The beauty wasn’t afraid to flash the flesh as she allowed her bath robe to hang loosely off of one shoulder, while also revealing her entire leg.
While some would consider exposing their underwear to be quite the wardrobe malfunction, the How We Do hitmaker looked as though she flashed her smalls deliberately as she sashayed down the red carpet.
Posing for photographers, Rita was caught looking down at her underwear as she pulled at the skirt of her robe.
Fortunately, a member of her entourage was quickly on hand to cover the singer’s modesty.
As well as her bizarre dressing gown, Rita also concealed her tresses beneath a bath towel as she made her big debut.
But it was a different story when it came to her accessories, as the singer was dripping with diamonds while rocking the bath time look. Her footwear was equally flashy, with the Your Song singer elongating her lithe legs in white stilettos that were adorned with silver embellishments.
Rita’s offbeat look will no doubt be an inside joke ahead of her hosting duties, with the pop sensation also set to belt out one of her tracks for the star-studded crowd. Speaking about her presenting stint to The Hollywood Reporter recently, Rita enthused: ‘I’m so excited to be hosting this year’s MTV EMAs in my hometown.
‘I still remember how much fun my first EMAs was in Frankfurt in 2012, when I performed RIP I can’t wait to get back on the stage to host and perform.’ Along with Rita, Sunday night’s show will also see Eminem, Stormzy, Liam Payne and The Killers take to the stage and entertain the masses.
