There are a lot of movies to anticipate this year, because most of them were rescheduled from last year, all because the world was on lockdown, and people could not go to cinemas to watch them and also movies shooting had to be put on hold.But now, cinemas are opening, and things are returning to the way it was little by little and as such, movies are being released at full speed. And here are some movies that would be released between the months of August and September;
*Hotel Transylvania 4; this is one franchise that most people enjoy watching. As it was just like yesterday when they released the first instalment of the Hotel Transylvania franchise. The movie had so many positive reviews that the producers had to do other instalments. Hotel Transylvania is an American computer-animated comedy film produced by Sony pictures animation. The movie stars Adam Sandler, Andy Samberg, Selena Gomez, and many more. The production was announced on the 26th of February 2019, and on the 17th of September 2020, filming began. It was first to be released on the 22nd of December 2021 but was pushed up to August 6th 2021.
*Resident Evil; some of us would have seen the previous instalments of Resident Evil, and the producers are back with a reboot of the Resident Evil franchise. Resident Evil is a survival horror film, directed by Johannesburg Roberts, and the reboot will star Kaya Scodelario, Robbie Amell, Hannah John Kamen, Avan Jogia, Tom Hopper, Lily Gao and Neal McDonough. Development took place in early 2017, after the release of Resident Evil: The Final Chapter was released. Filming began on the 17th of October 2020 and is scheduled to be released on the 3rd of September 2021.
The movie is set in 1998, where the secrets of the Spencer Mansion and Racoon City will be divulged while serving as an origin story for the first and second games. Other movies to be released between these two months are; The Suicide Squad, Respect, BIOS, Deep Water, Don’t Breathe 2, The King’s Man, The Hitman’s Wife’s Bodyguard, Candyman, Reminiscence, Death On The Nile, Jackass 4, Malignant and Paw Patrol: The Movie.
