Another movie that was released this year is the NETFLIX production, Red Notice, which starred top actors like Dwayne Johnson, Ryan Reynolds and Gal Gadot.
The movie was not really a high anticipated movie, so many did not know much about the movie upon its release, as the only time I even knew a movie starring Ryan Reynolds and Dwayne Johnson would be released was when I saw the movie on Netflix.
I wasn’t that excited to watch it, but I figured that with the star studded cast, the movie would at least be fun to watch.
I didn’t get to watch it until like 2 months after it’s release, but before watching, I heard mixed reviews about the movie, as while many were of the opinion that it was not worth the watch, others were of the opinion that the movie is one of the best released this year.
So I decided to give it a trial, but with the expectation that given the cast, the movie would be worth watching, however that was not the case after watching.
Yes, you can commend the acting of the cast, and yhe comic relief present in the movie. But I feel like the producers could have done better with the plot and the writing of the movie.
There were a lot of unnecessary twists in the movie and it didn’t feel all to enjoyable to watch, and I do not regret not watching it in the cinema.
The movie was just there for me, as for me, it was not one of those movies that you watch and have a firm resolution that what you watched was one of the best things, as most times you just happen to watch some movies, that end up not being all that.

The movie was originally planned for release by Unkversal Pictures but was later acquired by Netflix for distribution, where the movie also received mixed reviews from critics upon its release.
