Milla Jovovich has listed one of her Beverly Hills properties for $4.5 million.
The model and actress, 42, and her filmmaker husband Paul W.S. Anderson, 53, have put the 1960s, three-bedroom pavilion on the market after purchasing it just one-and-half years ago for $3.9 million, according to Variety.
Milla – who stars in the popular Resident Evil franchise, which has grossed $1.2 billion worldwide – is thought to have acquired the Rodeo Drive house as an investment. It boasts three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and sits in a fenced plot of land complete with swimming pool.
The simple yet chic pad features an open plan living area complete with state of the art kitchen, and features a clean modern finish with white walls and light wood flooring throughout.
Milla and the Resident Evil director have been married since 2009 and share two children. They welcomed their first daughter Ever in 2007 and became parents to another daugher named Dashiel in 2015.
Milla and Paul started dating in 2002 after meeting on the set of the horror thriller Resident Evil that she starred in and he directed.
Paul directed four of the installments in the sci-fi hexalogy film series and was a co-producer and writer for all of them. Milla played Umbrella Corporation nemesis Alice in all of the Resident Evil films.
The Resident Evil film franchise is the highest-grossing film series based on a video game with $1.2 billion earned worldwide.
Milla has a starring role in Shock And Awe about a group of journalists covering US President George W. Bush’s planned invasion of Iraq in 2003 who are skeptical of the administration’s claims that Saddam Hussein has’weapons of mass destruction’. The film premiered in September at the Zurich Film Festival and also was screened earlier this month at the Dubai International Film Festival.
She also has been cast in the Hellboy reboot due out on January 11, 2019.
This comes as Milla Jovovich has topped People With Money’s top 10 highest-paid actresses for 2018 list with an estimated $46 million in combined earnings. The star has taken an incredible $46 million between March 2017 and March 2018.
Milla has an estimated net worth of $145 million thanks to her film roles, a lucrative CoverGirl cosmetics contract, stock investments, her property portfolio.
She also owns several restaurants, has her own brand of vodka and a best-selling perfume and fashion line.
