A man has gotten himself into very serious trouble in a Lagos State community after daring to fondle a woman’s bum and Bosoms. Ayo Fadairo, a 45-year old has been arrested and charged before a Lagos court for s*xual harassment and assault by allegedly touching a woman’s Bosom s and buttock.
According To Reporters, the incident happened at Akanro Street in Ilasamaja area of Lagos where the suspect and the victim reside. However, the embattled Fadairo had insisted that he used to touch the victim’s Bosom s and buttock but she had never complained against such action from him. Fadairo landed in trouble after he caressed Anu Felix’s Bosom s and buttock with the desire to lure her into s*x without her consent. It was reports that the action backfired as the victim was not in the mood for such and attacked Fadairo which resulted in serious beating and assault from the suspect on the victim. The matter was reported to the police at Itire Division and Fadairo was arrested and taken to the station.
At the station, the victim alleged that the suspect assaulted her by touching her private parts and at the same time assaulted her. It Was reports that Fadairo admitted that he touched her Bosom s and buttock and it was not the first time he was doing so to her and she never complained.
However, the police insisted that since he touched the victim without her consent, he committed a criminal offence and he was charged to court accordingly. Fadairo was charged before Isolo Magistrates court for conduct likely to cause breach of public peace and assault on the victim.
He pleaded not guilty. The presiding Magistrate, Mr A.O. Ogbe granted him bail in the sum of N30,000 with one surety in like sum. However, Fadairo was remanded in prison custody pending when he will perfect his bail. The matter was adjourned till 20 September, 2017.
