Are we all alone in this together?
British rapper, Dave releases his second studio album “We Are All Alone In This Together”. The album features Wizkid, BOJ, Snoh Aalegra, James Blake and fellow UK rapper, Stormzy.
Dave tells a story as usual in the album. The album talks about his hustle through the block, with 19 being a significant age for him.
One of my favorites off the album is Clash featuring Stormzy. Dave and Stormzy had good synergy on the drill beat, it was an instant like on first listen. I was anticipating the track with Wizkid, so it was my next listen. Maybe I had too much expectation for the song or it was just average.
Another favorite i have on the album is “Both Sides Of A Smile” featuring James blake. James Blake was awesome on this track, His voice was a joy to listen to, and as usual Dave delivered his rap telling a story.
The album has 12 tracks, with notable songs from Dave with 9 and 7 minutes. Heart attack is another song to listen to.
