Nothing prepared social media for the words the Grammy award-winning Burna Boy had to say in a direct response shared by a member of the Wizkid FC, which is the name of the fandom of the Starboy himself, Wizkid.
Burna Boy had stated:
I said this same thing a while ago but Wizkid Delusional Twitter fc said I was lying. Maybe if your true history was taught in your schools Wizkid would have a smarter Twitter FC instead of idiots like this.”
This is not the first time Burna would be taking a swipe at fans for comments on social media, but this is the first time he would directly call down the fanbase of another artist. It seems as though the singer is quite active on Twitter today, Tuesday, the 23rd of August 2022; the tweet seems to have been deleted as Burna Boy went on to call out someone by the name of Remu for deleting his tweets.
