ViCAP Crime Analyst Christie Palazzolo stated; “For many years, Samuel Little believed he would not be caught because he thought no one was accounting for his victims,”.
“Even though he is already in prison, the FBI believes it is important to seek justice for each victim—to close every case possible.”
On Sunday the 6th of October 2019 the Federal Bureau of Investigation confirmed to the horror of many that there was in fact a serial killer worse than Ted Bundy and John Wayne Gacy by the name of Samuel Little.
He was named the most prolific serial killer in U.S. history, for having killed more people than both Ted Bundy and John Wayne Gacy combined.According to the records John Wayne Gacy had killed at least 33 young men during the 1970s while Ted Bundy had confessed to the killing of 30 people from 1974 to 1978.
This isn’t hard to believe with over 50 confessions of Samuel little been verified with others still left pending due to lack of proper identification. Investigators believe “all of his confessions are credible.”
It was believed that the killings of Samuel Little can be dated as far back as 1970 to 2000. It was however very alarming and shocking as to how he didn’t get sentenced early enough, because the transgressions of Samuel little before it escalated was stunning.
His crime rap sheet over the years was over 100 pages long there were cases of rape, assault and even murder but it was shocking that even though he got tried three times. Backed with witness testimony from survivors, he still got acquitted and even got a short sentencing for his crimes.
The late Samuel Little did not get convicted of his crime until DNA evidence was successfully provided linking him to the death of three women in 2012 where he still continued to plead his innocence.
Joe Berlinger in an interview with The Daily Beast stated that the reason Samuel was not convicted early of his crimes was because: “In our system of justice, not only are perpetrators treated terribly in terms of racial equity, but if the victims of violent crime are from more marginalized communities—people of color, women of color, women in general, sex workers, people with drug issues they’re not treated the same,”.
