A lady who allegedly attempted depositing N200K worth of fake currency at a POS facility in Benin, Edo state has been arrested.
The yet to be identified lady, went to the POS facility and attempted to pay in the N200K in an account only for them to find out it was fake currency. Immediately she was confronted, she began begging for mercy, admitting that she was aware it is a crime.
While she was being interrogated, the lady revealed that she was introduced to the criminal act by a man she met on Facebook.
