It is a sad Friday as Nigerians wake up to killings happening in Benue State.
There have been several reports on social media about the killings happening in Benue State. In a trending topic on twitter this morning “#BenueUnderAttack”, the killings were allegedly by fulani herdsmen on farmers in the state. 30 bodies were pronounced dead in the early hours of today, Friday, 28th of May, 2021.
The Governor of the state is yet to make an official statement regarding the authenticity of this news.
